Open Time is available for our members to reserve by calling the Front Desk at 203-453-4367.

During the indoor Winter season, these courts are available for booking up to one week in advance. Over the summer, Open Time may be booked two days in advance by our summer members.
If an Open Time reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, players will be billed the prevailing court rate.

Winter Open Time Availability:

Regular Open Time is the normal indoor Winter season rate in effect from September 7, 2009 through May 31, 2010, with the following exceptions:

Prime Time is applied during the indoor Winter season for courts reserved Monday-Thursday from 4-10pm.

Special Member rate is our way of recognizing and thanking our most active members. To be eligible, Individual Indoor members must have paid $1510 towards their current winter programs, Family Members have paid $2830. Special Member rates only apply for the person earning that privilege and cannot be applied to non-Special Member court rates.

Holiday Open Time is generally offered when we have suspended our regularly scheduled play, and provided an abundance of court time at a much reduced rate. Holiday Open Time will be in effect September 2-7, November 23-29 during Thanksgiving. We will also offer the Holiday rate from December 21, 2009 through January 3, 2010, and from February 15-21, 2010, as well as on Easter Sunday, April 4.

Summer Open Time is available for Total Club, Player's Club and Summer Indoor members. Total Club & Player's Club are able use the indoor and outdoor courts, at NO additional charge between the Saturday prior to Memorial Day and the Sunday before the start of the Indoor Season!  Summer Indoor Members will pay the prevailing summer court rate for Indoor play - they do not have access to outdoor courts.

The Ball Machine may be rented for an additional $2 /hour over the prevailing Open Time rate. Total Club members, Player's Club members enjoy using the Ball Machine at no charge during their summer season, while Early Bird players may use the Ball Machine at no charge year-round during EarlyBird hours.

The total court cost is normally split among theplayers involved. Guests are responsible for their portion of the court cost and the guest fee ($10). Guests may visit with a member twice during the indoor season, and four times during the summer season.
