 Susan Netter, Owner
Susan managed the club since 1975, and owned it since 1977. She has been married to Ron Netter since 1970 and has one child, Sarah, who is married to Andy Boone. She has three grandsons, Wolfie, Kurt & Felix and one granddaughter, Penelope. Susan loves being at the club and while mostly retired, still has an incremental role in constantly improving GR&SC. Her hobbies include biking, skiing, reading, sewing, oil painting, needlepoint and knitting. |

Sarah Boone, Manager
Sarah started playing tennis when she was five years old and grew up in the playroom and junior programs at the club. Her mother and father, Susan and Ron Netter, have been in the tennis business all of Sarah's life, and in 2003, she joined the staff at the club as a marketing manager and league and season court coordinator. Sarah now oversees all aspects of the club with tons of help from a terrific team. Sarah played competitive tennis until college, mostly Father-Daughter tournaments in New England. Sarah has been married to Andy Boone since 1999 and they moved to New Haven from San Francisco. They have three sons, Wolfie, Kurt & Felix and one daughter, Penelope. When not working, Sarah's interests include skiing, playing with her dog, reading and spending time with friends. |

Beth Hall, Customer Accounts
Beth has been a valuable member of the club staff since 2004. She and her husband Matt, have two daughters, Emily and Kate, and they live in Clinton. Beth is in charge of all customer accounts and Early Birds. |

Chris Marra, Head Pro
Chris has taught the Advanced Juniors at the club since 1995, although he started playing at the club in 1984. He has taught adults and children full time for years and after, taking charge of Junior programs, USTA Junior tournaments and USTA Junior Travel Team, he is now in the Head Pro position. Originally from Guilford, Chris played for Guilford High and for CCSU. He is now married to Carolyn and living in New Britain, with their first child, Jonathan Robert.

Steve Godiksen, Assistant Head Pro & Pro Shop Owner
Steve has been at the club since 1982. Steve has played both competitively and recreationally for 35 years. Originally from West Hartford/Simsbury, Steve now lives in Clinton. His oldest son, Steven, often strings racquets and the youngest son just started school. Steve likes all sports!
