Winter Eastern Ct Early Start League:
Early Start Adult leagues begin in October and run through April, playing weekend matches. For the men, we field teams at the 3.5 (Hard Drives) & 4.0 (Totally Tennis) level. For the women, we have teams at the following levels: two 4.0 (Shore Shots & Mavens), two 3.5 (Great Expectations & Doubles Trouble), three 3.0 (High Strung, Net Results & Sweet Spots) and one 3.5 Senior (High Fives). Teams field one singles and three doubles courts per match. All players must be members of USTA and of our Club.
Winter Southern Ct League:
Our Southern CT winter league consists these teams : 3.5 Senior Women (Red Hots), 3.5 Senior Men (49ers), 7.0 Mixed Doubles (Topspins) and 8.0 Mixed Doubles (G Force). Mixed Doubles levels are determined by the combined ratings of the two partners.
This league runs from November through April, playing weekend matches - 3 courts of doubles per match. Home matches will be scheduled on Sundays. All players must be members of USTA and of our Club.
Summer Southern CT League:
Our summer USTA season begins in brand new Women's 2.5.
In the local summer season, teams field 2 courts of singles, and three courts of doubles (except for the 2.5 team which only needs 1 Singles & 2 Doubles courts). All players must be members of USTA, and must have a USTA play record or "self-rate" their level in their first season. By playing 2 matches, the player will generate a rating through the Dynamic NTRP computer system. This rating will determine the level of the team that they should join the following year, since we are bound by strict percentage requirements to help bring teams true to level.
